Quartzsite Rally 2014

Western GM will be hosting their annual Bus conversion Rally at Rice Ranch North in Quartzsite AZ from Jan 16 through Jan 19 2014. All makes and model conversions are welcome.

We have attached a registration form for everyone that might be interested. Please feel free to make and use as many copies as you like.

What: Western GM Annual Quartzsite Rally.
Where: Rice Ranch (North) Quartzsite Az. When: Jan 16,17,18,19 2014
Agenda;
Jan 16th Noon check-in, Meet and Greet in the afternoon.
EVENT: Finger food pot luck at 6 PM.
Jan 17th Coffee and donuts at 7 AM.
EVENT: Catered Dinner at 6 PM. (Must be ordered prior to Jan 1st.)
Bring your own beverage and set up.
Jan 18th Coffee and donuts at 7 AM.
EVENT: RV show opens at 8 AM. (W.G.M. is located directly across the street from the "Big Top").
Jan 19th Coffee and donuts at 7 AM.
EVENT: W.G.M. Board meeting at 9 AM. General meeting at 10 AM .Say good byes and break camp.

Dinners MUST be ordered prior to Jan 1st to have the ample amount of inventory brought in.

Rice Ranch will charge each Coach $5.00 per day. There is a limited amount of electrical service available.
Space rent and electric usage is paid directly to Rice Ranch.
