Best way to Marysville California which is next to Beale air force base

We just did I-5 from Sacramento to Las Vegas.  I-5 is really rough.  We are seriously considering doing 99 back home.  There is a truck stop just outside Bakersfield, CA   24 Seven Travel Plaza  209 Weedpatch Hwy.  $3.95 a gallon,  the cheapest in California by 35 to 45 cents a gallon.  The Pilot in Sacramento was $4.45 a gallon.  Liked to have had a heart attack.

Oh,  and that thing about Pilot putting in hook ups?  Well here is how parking goes there now.  If you buy 75 gallons you can park over night for free.  Anything less and it's $12 for the night with or without the hook ups.  And that 30amp service,  well the plug might be but our inverter coded out even without anything on.  And there isn't any way to park without them knowing it.  The scale was $20 for the first weigh and $10 for any additional weighs.

On Marysville,  there is some huge road construction there now.  Be sure to check the proper route through town with a big rig.
