I just bought a 4104 and the drivers side winshield wiper doesn't work. We are 1200 miles from home and need to get this fixed.  I was hearing a air leak when we would turn it on. We got it to work with one of the air lines removed? We then blew out the air line and went to put it back in, and the end plate broke off when I was tightening it. Anyways I need a replacement or information  on what electric wiper motor will work.

Scott -

For the time being, and to get you home, clean the windshield thoroughly with dishwashing soap and water (Dawn seems to work best), then give it a really good coat of RainX.

Done properly on a clean windshield, you won't need wipers for a long time.  When the RainX starts to fail, simple repeat the process.

I did a 300 mile run in the rain and never turned on the wipers with a RainX'd windshield.

Once you get home, call Luke: 1-888-262-2434.  He'll have the correct parts to fix your Sprague air motors - which, btw, when operating properly, are actually more powerful than electrics.
