Hey Guys -  the fun never stops!

I need to replace this airbrake valve -

Can anyone help me with a part number...or do I need the same exact valve or will any airbrake valve work?

It has 3 airlines coming/going to it.  And its leaky.  RJ provided a quick fix in the spring when he was out here but now I need to replace it.

The push/pull button says midland so I assume that's the manufacturer.

Thanks!

Doesn't the valve have any part number on it?  I assume this is the push pull for the parking brakes?  It should be a standard part used on many trucks, but you never know with buses.

If it says, supply, delivery, and exhaust and has the pull knob on top it is pretty standard.  You do have to make sure the "pop" pressure is right for you bus.  Truck parts places have them.  Make sure they give you the same port size so you don't have to change the fittings.  We got ours from Napa.  They also have rebuild kits.

There is also the chance that it isn't leaking and the air is coming back to it from your brake system.  Been there and done that.

Looks like a standard push pull valve PP-1,  should be easy to match up.  Mine would leak air out the exhaust port/line. Under $20 at Lordco.

Just take it with you to any truck parts place. They will have it on the shelf.
