I have been working on the front electrical panel by the driver.
I noticed three resistors down on the bottom left. What are they for? I could not find a referance in the manual for them. Just a part number and what they were.
I am having a heck of a time with the wire numbers. My manual is for an 05. Some numbers match and some do not. Example, the wire numbers that were hooked up to the driver heater fans were the same numbers that are shown on the schematic for the speakers. :-\ Any one have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Happy Trails,

Paul

Paul,

Can't help you on the resistors, but I would highly recommend getting the right manual for your coach.

One of the things that drove me crazy when I first bought my bus, was all the little bypasses and temp fixes that the operators made.

Without "Da Book' I would have been chasing my tail.

Best of luck,

I have tried several times in the past. No one seems to have one available for my 01. I was hoping someone could copy one for me, I would being willing to pay a fair price for the correct schematic.

Thanks,

Paul

Did you check with Silver Eagle Bus? They have manuals but I do not know about the 01.  Web site is silvereaglebus.com.

Yes I have checked with silver eagle bus. Nothing yet.
The main problem with mine is this, it is the last 01 with some 05 stuff, electrical, mechanical and appearance.
I might just have to come up with my own numbered schematic. Not looking forward to doing that. :'(

Thanks for the reply,

Paul

Dreamscape,  call Jefferson Truck-Trailer-Bus in Oklahoma and ask for Norris.  He helped me with my brake switch.  He was telling me that he used to work for Eagle at the parts dept for years.  He also told me that when I find out what year my Eagle is he would send me a wire schematic.  He is the man to talk to about Eagles. The reason I dont know the year is because it was re-titled in 1988 by Hercules Coach in KY. Norris told me to send him a picture of my electrical panels in the front and rear and he would try to tell the year.  Give him a call Monday @  800-813-9367.  By the way, my Eagle is an 05.  That I'm sure of. If anyone out there has problems with their brake lights on an Eagle, get in touch with me. Through much trial and error, and help from other bus nuts, I finally solved my problem.

BusCrazyinFL,

Sounds good. Thanks for the advice.

Hope you and Eagle are enjoying life. What year is your Eagle?

Paul
