PLEASE CHECH YOUR HITCHES.

Yesterday and today 3 units coming into Quartzsite have lost their toads just flat came unhitched or hitch broke so far 3 totalled toads injury's 0 thank god all rolled over and left roadway all three received citations for faulty equipt.

Would be nice to know the brand of the tow bars and if they were at fault, or just the home built hitches were at fault.

Eagle I towed 2 of them in and all brand names hitches it's the mounting brackets on toads or on one it looks like someone pulled hitch pin out.

After any stop do your walk around and check that hitch.

 On my Eagle last year the tow hitch on the bus broke it's bolts, a Reese Hitch and factory supplied bolts. I caught it when I stopped for the night. No damage to tow vechile.

 Were there safty cables involved?  Anyone out there can take some pictures? This is scarry stuff!

It looks like folks are playing with our equipt in Quartzsite a fiver lost yesterday they stopped at big tent show for a few hours and made it about a hundred yards and fiver came off pickup hitch handle was pulled when we lifted it up.

So padlocks on hitches may be the way to go.
