Window removal 88 Eagle

I am trying to remove the window assembly from several windows on my 88 Eagle.  It appears to be a single phillips head screw at each end of the window along the top edge.  Do these need to be removed?  How do I go about removing the windows entirely.  I also want to remove the two at the very back of the bus which are triangular in shape.
