Do any of you know the BTU capacity of just the driver air evaporator on the MC-8. I know this has been talked about but I can't find what it's rated at. I have a 15000 BTU belly air I am thinking about tying into that evaporator. Just thinking out loud

Yup, I wish I could remember too...

Used to be some engineers here that knew these things right off the top of their heads and would whip it up on a napkin for us...

Those daze are behind us now.

On my MC8 I added a welsh unit in the eng. compartment. connected to the dash. worked good, The hardest part was running the lines.

That was my 1st thought. Then I got this idea and thought this would bee a lot easier.

For the AC experts, if one were to mount the equipment in the spare tire compartment below and run it on ac power, how small might you go with a compressor and condenser to match up to that evaporator for busnut use?
