Here we go again. The February magazine is available on line. However, my previously-issued password no longer works. I post my email address asking for a new password, and get the notice that one has been sent to me. It never gets here.

The last several issues were emailed directly to me. What is happening? I know there has been a change of ownership.

I haven't seen the Feb on line issue either. I got the Jan one with the message
Hello Everyone;
We had some customers who did not get their January PDF Magazine.  So I am resending it to everyone.  I apologize if this is a duplicate.
Happy Reading!

Add me to the "forgotten" Feb list as well.

I still have not had any luck with the printed issue. I received the Oct issue after not getting any for a while. I emailed to find out when I was up for renewal but no response.  I did not get Nov or Dec but received Jan with a renewal because Jan was the Exp date according to the label on my Jan issue. I really dont know what to expect anymore but its hard to send more money at this point

Gee Wayne at least you got January issue, I got Oct, Nov, Dec, but no January issue yet. Maybe next week it'll come.

My vote of support and thanks for the efforts being put forth by the new magazine staff.

In this economy, our niche market is doubly difficult to conduct a profitable business in.

My February print issue arrived 2 days ago up here, in a lovely envelope.

I'm sold. I'll be renewing.

Agents are waiting for my call....

happy coaching!

Hi folks,

I've been volunteering, working on and supporting this forum since before it was this forum.  And in all that time I've never seen such amounts of manpower (& womanpower) and financial investment poured into the magazine and web site.  The new ownership has huge focus on customer service and making this work out for the community and by making it profitable and sustainable.  I get to see this from behind the scenes and from out front as well.

Having this perspective I would say that if you haven't received something in the mail or email that you should have, please contact Lisa (earlier in this thread) or the office.  The oversight is not going to be because they don't care.  It's a genuine oversight and they will make every effort to make it right.  I've seen them do this many times.  Maybe not always fixed the first time, but it gets done.  A lot of effort is also being placed on smoothing out the rough spots going forward.

I'm seriously pulling for this to work out as this new team has been a great thing for our community and I see more good ahead.

Kind Regards to all and keep those buses running!

That's one reason I responded; I do believe -so if you have a problem do let it be known. I can't help myself but feel you can get help. I have no $ interest here just wish to keep this line of communication between bus nuts open.  Bob

Thanks for posting that your issues have been resolved. They are working extremely hard to satisfy all of the past and current problems. I know the communication is vastly improved and will continue to make progress.

Thanks Guys and Gals!
