Door seal help needed

I took the door off my 4104 to make major repairs and replace the door seals.  The PO had cobbled together foam, tape and the kitchen sink to seal the door.  Not enough, if any, of the original seals to see how they went together.  I bought all new seals from Luke, but I'm not sure how to install.  I've got to get some 3/4" flat stock to install inside the seal channel as all the original metal was trashed.

My questions are what to do with the corners, and to make sure they are oriented properly (what's inside and what's outside).  Any tips to get a good seal?  Pictures would be great.
