We ran into it a couple of times too in California. We have also been told if you are there more than 29 days in any month you become a fulltime resident ( in the legal world of the campground owner). Some even want to give you a mailbox. 10.00 per cat and we told them they don't go outside, they didn't care. 5.00 a day per extra car? or Boat if it was a marina type CG.

Parks are getting dumb enough and expensive enough that we are starting to avoid them certain places we go. I'm not forwarding them a photo of our coach every time we want to stay there. Sheesh. With an efficient diesel genset, it's almost cheaper to make my own power and park on the side of the road or truck stops.

We are trying to get a piece of property re zoned for a RV park in Cave Creek seems like city fathers do not want a nice park in their area these idiots think it is a house that will use the same amount of water and sewer not even close 

This one council member has brochure with a conversion with a bath and half and all he can talk about is how much water it will use

Part of this B S is do to Ex-cons & Sex offenders needing a place to live after getting out of jail! Same thing at a RV park in Shaver Lake Ca.
