60 series in Lodi, Ohio any eyes nearby ?

Anyone live near Lodi, Ohio ? There is a 12.7 60 series complete takeout in that area I would like to have a set of eyes look at before I consider whether to make an offer. It is one of those probably to good to be true .
Says it has 25k on a complete detroit rebuild with all receipts, and can run where it sets.
Long way to drive if its  a piece of crap !!!

Ed get me a serial number if it is a Detroit rebuild it will be in the system Iknow of a guy that can check it for you if a joe blow rebuild it won't, you need to spring for a Pro/Link now lol they don't lie

Said he would e-mail the paper work, let me know what you find. He owns a towing and storage lot, so I think he only has a towing fee from accident and storage fee.
