If he means $18,000 that bus is going to be his for a long time.  Who would pay $18,000 for a 96" wide bus in this environment?

OTOH, somebody could go there and try to buy for $18 (advertised price). If he doesn't sell then sue for false advertising. Probably that's the true value of the bus, nowhere says that it runs at all....

Used as a restaurant..............one can only imagine what the grease is like inside that coach. Knowing Miami as I do, I suspect that it was never disclosed as a mobile kitchen and therefore never really required to pass health department inspections. I remember years ago I did some removal and deliveries for a friend of mine that was in the restaurant supply business. And the grease and yuck that we ran into was unbelievable. You guys would only think that a well used 671 motor compartment was greasy and dirty and grimy. At least things don't live in motor oil residue.

Look at the grammar and spelling.  It is probably a bus that only exists in the mind of the Nigerian prince who'll give you a big discount if you'll give him your bank account number before you pick it up.
