Scored some new seats

I've been surfing all over looking for some good new seating for my bus remodel.  My biggest requirement is integrated three-point seat belts for the times that we are traveling over the road.  I've got a couple of two-point lap belts now, but my forehead is not interested in making acquaintance with the steering wheel or dash!

Anyway, I'd post a straight link, but I think that's not allowed since everyone here talks about the "e place."  Just search for "new captain chair bucket seats leather" and I think you'll get there if you're interested.  They are new, leather, and manufactured by Toyota.  They also recline with footrests if you like.  And the best part is that it looks like it will be a snap to build some brackets and supports out of angle iron, which can then be bolted into a plate welded to the bus subframe for security.

They should be here in a week or so by freight, from Indiana -- I'll try to post up a pic or two when we pull them out.

My new subfloor is about half-down, and my new cabinet unit across the rear of the bus is about half-finished.  Kitchen appliances are bought, sofa and chairs are now bought.  It's time to get all the parts for the bathroom.  Full steam ahead!

Cheers, John

You are more than welcome to post your link, a lot of us do. It makes it easy for helping someone else looking for the same thing, unless you don't want to share. ::)

If I didn't want to share I wouldn't have posted.  I'm just new around here and don't know the rules about sponsors, advertisers, and what you can post and can't.  Here's a direct link for anyone that is interested and not inclined to punch in the search terms listed above:

If you're interested, the price is somewhat negotiable -- I recommend you call.

Cheers, John

I ended up paying 1800 + freight for a set with power even on the foot rest you can call me call me lazy  lol
