I have a 1953 4103 and the radiator is to small, so it causes over heating problems. The one that is in it is not wide enough....this one is about 26" wide and I need the original one that is about 30". Any help would be appreciated.

Most any commercial radiator shop will be able to build you a custom radiator-which will cost pushing $2,000.00.  If you do find an original radiator, have the radiator shop inspect and clean it first. I highly recommend you have the radiator custom made since you can then have the most recent radiator technology used.  Most old radiators used straight fins with straight water tubes.  Now, most radiators use serpentine cooling fins with dimpled cooling fins (to cause the coolant to slow down in the radiator-which gives it more time to release the heat to the radiator).  Good Luck, TomC

Didn't realize you were in L.A. like I am.  Atlas radiators in Santa Fe Springs is where I had my radiator increased from a 5 row straight fin to 6 row serpentine fin (biggest the tanks would take).  Give them a call, or just plainly take in your dimensions and see what a new one would cost.
