Being a newbie to the bus world, and a dummy on top of that, I need to know if anyone out there has ever had to adjust the door on a 4905.  Mine needs to come out about a half an inch at the top hinge.  Right now, there is about an inch and a half gap at the back with the closer locked.  Have not received the maintenance manual yet, so,   PLEASE, any help greatly appreciated.

Hey,

If no one has posted the information by the time I get home this afternoon, I will scan you a copy.

Cliff,
I would like that very much.  With the door not closing all the way, it gets a bit drafty in there, what with the Wyoming winds and all, so I want to get that taken care of before going much further on the conversion.  I hope to post a pic of the old girl soon, if I can just figure out this darn computer.
Again, Thank you.

Does the 4905 have those rubber hinges like the 4107?  If so,  you might need new hinges.  If you go this route,  get the steel ones and don't mess with new rubber ones.  They are a bear to change and the rubber ones don't last very long.

As far as I can tell, they're steel. Should be some way to adjust. Thanx for the reply.
