I was doing a walk around this morning before starting the bus and found the end of my Aquahot exhaust on the ground. It ends just in front the drive tires on the driver's side and I had been working in that area yesterday so it must have happened overnight.

There is a bracket mounted to the bottom of the bus and a bracket around the exhaust pipe. There was a rubber thingamahoochie connecting the two. The rubber piece is what broke.

I wired and it up for travel but need to secure it properly.

Is the rubber thing a part I can find? Do I replace the brackets?

Thanks,

DKO

That's just a universal exhaust hanger......available at any auto parts store for 3 or 4 bucks:

Looks like a pretty universal hanger you made up for it, ive seen those kind quite a few times.

Does the aquahot vibrate or pulse or anything? I was asking because I wouldnt think the pipe needs to be insulated for sound against the chassis. You may be able to just mount it rigid, that way it wont have any possiblity of breaking again.

The hanger is to allow for thermal expansion and frame flex.
