Well shoot, my landlord has sold my "storage condo" so need to move to another one that he has about 20 miles away, instead of 3 miles.  But the good news is I can throw out some of the stuff I have accumulated over the past two years.  I cannot believe how fast I can accrue junk!  So will have a project to do this weekend.

My garage is full of bus parts I've accumulated over the past six years.  I have so much junk stored in the garage I haven't parked in there in years.

I wish I had some event that would force me to purge a lot of it.

As soon as you purge it, you'll need it. Happens every time.

Chuck,

I'm in town this weekend and I'm off work so if you need a hand give me a call.

No you don't.
From my experience, the only thing worse than purging bus parts is the 'event' that forced the purging.
I know that you don't want your parts stolen for scrap.
I know you don't want 'big brother' deciding for you either.
Same for the homeowners association Nazis.
A pissed off spouse ain't something I go looking for either!  ;)
