I recorded this in August and I am finally getting around to editing it and posting.  I have accomplished a few more things since getting the floor in and hopefully I can get caught up with some video of that as well.

Great video. Thank you for making and posting this. I'm inspired to start making videos of my conversion process.

Thanks Kevin:  I am glade you liked it, its a lot of work, but it is also lots of fun.  It adds a whole new aspect to doing the conversion.

Good video! shows what is under floor to work around and also avoid. Like a skeleton shot. Very helpful for MCI Builders.

Mike,
I'm curious, how did you remove the original floor?  Do you have a video of that?

I've tried to decide if I want to raise the floor, but your video was inspiring.

Thanks guys:  I was really, really dreading pulling that old floor up, looking back on it, all I can say is I am so glade it is done. :P  The 100 degree heat didn't help, I know you southern boys are laughing at me, but in Vermont it seems the % of humidity always closely matches the temperatures. A few times in the video you can here me breathing heavy, that is the heat and humidity bothering me.  We only get that for a week or two and I just don't get used to it.  Laugh all you want, Ill catch you southern's on the flip side when it's 20 below and I'm in the bus with nothing more than a toque a sweatshirt and my pot belly stove of course LOL, but yea I'll be jealous when you are enjoying sunny 70's weather.  So far I have the bunks and shower roughed in and the bed platform just about finished.  I will get that up as soon as I can.

I had a look at your furniture building website.  I'm REALLY interesting in seeing how your interior design and furniture are going to look!  Thanks for the videos.

question: on the cold air vents in the back over wheel wells.. do they just take air from inside but and exhaust it out?

Bruiser:  I am not 100% sure, but it is my assumption that they are cold air returns only.  I dissembled all the other parts about a year ago so my memory is a little shaky.  I have never experienced the HVAC system operating, my son drove the bus home as I followed in the pick up and it has sat where parked for a year.  I tried to get her started a while back after going through the engine cooling system, new radiators and hoses, but only found I had lost prime and my son is replacing all the fuel lines and check valve.  Maybe someone here with more experience with this system can chime in, but I think the heat comes from two ducts just behind the front wheel wells, one on each side of the bus, this was ducted along the side walls and also forced up between the sub wall panels and finished wall panels to keep the coach heated and the side glass defrosted.
