Bull $#!%!  If you think that your WRONG. I'm on my 4th and I have some of the same feelings. I'm a home builder.  I learn from my and others mistakes.  Come on down learn a little and teach me a little. I learn something new every day.   Bob.

Clifford, my guess is that Bob was being tongue-in-cheek.

Lots of folks seem to be embarrassed about the "quality" of their bus.  Never bothered me all that much.  I am always the bottom feeder at the Eagle Rallies and in the lower third in the big rallies.

Funny thing is, we enjoy our bus.

Sonnie, I wish you could be there too.

You will be represented, as I will be doing our engine conversion seminar.  The seminar will not be the same without you - folks won't get the benefit of our "debate" on mechanical vs electronic engines ;D ;D ;D  Guess I will have to wear two hats in your absence.

When I was first starting my conversion, Mike K had a bus conversion convention at Laughlin, Nv in 1995.  I had my bed, water system, electrical system, bathroom in-that's it!  I used my Norcold chest freezer for my refrigerator, had an electric hot plate, microwave, and coffee maker roped to the floor.  For sitting I had a pool chair.  No kitchen, no dinette, no sofa, no recliner yet.  Outside was not painted yet, and still had the rattly transit windows.  As I discovered-I wasn't the only one that was in the process.

I hope we have another bus get together out west here!  Laughlin was prime-wan't to fond of the get together at the Grand Canyon Caverns-nothing else to do out there.  Good Luck, TomC

Sonny your right about Bob's '89 being very nice! You should see the '98 and what he's got going there!

A\Oh and by the way Don Fairchild seems to like our new place. He's been here twice now and not been run over or stuck yet!
(but he's still here, I guess either could still happen!)

Sonny if ya hurry and come up we can work on Don together and convince him to make the rally together and we can help find him a parking place together! LOL!

Tom,  your note brought back fond memories.  We have attended all but one (Biloxi) of MAK's rallies.  Always had fun.  Unfortunately, we never got to take the home-done toterhome or bus, but that did not stop us.

Now that Mike Sullivan is the owner of Bus Conversions we are looking forward to a new generation of rallies.

Yep the flat land guys need to come to Laughlin then they test the buses on a pull getting out of that hole lol.
I thought Primm Nv was the best rally he ever had IMO and I made every one, Biloxi I could have stopped and I bought my KFC for a fraction of the price,
To this day I never have saw a bus as beautiful as that J4500 Renaissance that was at Primm made our Prevost look bad lol,
I also remember Rammlin Fever had a new converted Dina in the show room for sale for 235,000 new conversion and on a new shell

good luck
