Generator running cold

Just to clear things up. The generator radiator cooling fan on this units runs continuously as soon as the generator starts making juice. The only fan control I can find is a breaker on the generator terminal box.

You can plug in anytime you want to we will set a meter base in front of the buddy plug so you can pay the appropriate user fee.
