Didn't know if you heard already, but I guess they have been having some financial troubles. Possibly a good opportunity for someone, being that all the infrastructure is in place now. A lot of money has been spent on this park in the last five years. Get out your check book Steamnut!

have friends that own lots there.  Have been keeping up om sale. Could it be present owner will own it under new name?

Looks like their bank forclosed on them, but they also have a separate contract/indebtedness lawsuit. Unlikely same current owners will retain any rights to the park.
