Did you go buy it yet?  That is a steal for 12,000BTU Heat+Cool.

That's a mini-split all right.  Seems cheap enough, depends on cost to get it charged and lines installed.  It's the right voltage and current level for a 12K BTU unit.

I have no idea if it will work or not.  I just wanted to comment on the bus in your avitar.  That is one kewl looking ride.  I love the split level roofs.
