Man-man, eating a windshield like that, I doubt seriously if anyone could survive something like that.

BCO

I have to agree if the driver or anyone for that matter survived that one it is a pure miracle (of course unless he saw what was coming and ran for the back before the actual crash!)

Have no idea John just know it is a 2001 and minimum bid is 4200 I do have the serial number if one of the prevost guys want to chase it down bidding close on that one Monday I checked on the numbers it was a motor home registered in a LCC in Montana

scarry! looks like hit low right front from the side . Hope it was unoccupied. almost to low for train. but what ever it was was heavy to take front axle out like that. Have seen two that were in head on that came out better but were not twisted to side like that .

^^ the only thing that I could think of that would do damage like that is a low boy semi trailer and the bus running into it while both  where moving.   Very nasty wreck...

Bob & Eric I'm thinking he hit something stationary and solid, like maybe a bridge embankment or a very large concrete sewer collector in a median or something like that @ say 75 + mph.

I'd also say whoever buys it just bought one hell of a fixer upper project and will be putting a huge chunk of change into it! LOL!

Whatever it was, was really bad!!! At least it appears there were some areas that possibly people could have survived. If it had been an S&S, it really would have only been sticks and staples left and they would have all been smashed to smitheriens!

Holy crap! Hope he was wearing his seatbelt  ;D

Seriously, what in the world happened?

artvonne

All a seat belt would do is hold you there while the world crashed in.

In a vehicle that large, it had to hit something quite substantial, equal to or greater than its mass energy. It really wouldnt matter what your driving at that point, a truck tractor wouldnt likely have come through any better, especially if the trailer came forward. Whether they lived or not means little, only grace could get you outta that carnage.
