Using Electric Fan As Booster

Something mentioned in another thread started me thinking about how I could use a couple of fans I have.  They are Vostermann 4E35 Multifans that are generally used to exhaust greenhouses.  They move up to 2000 cfm and draw 1.7 amps at 120 volts.  Since I am always interested in increasing my 5a's cooling, I wondered if there would be any benefit to mounting one by each radiator.  Obviously, this would not be to replace the existing squirrel cage, but rather to try to increase airflow as sort of a booster.  Do you have any thoughts whether that would work?  Below is a link.

I have a 24 volt fan mounted to my auxillary tranny cooler that I added with an adjustable thermostat relay. It kicks on at 180 degrees. It has helped a lot with the cooling on my 7 with the Allison along with sealing the rads and the door for the fan. I have thought about adding a similar fan to each radiator to aid in the cooling but so far haven't really needed to. Most folks will tell you that if the the cooling system is up to snuff you shouldn't need add ons but the MCI 7's really  didn't plan for the additional heat that the Allison's produce and relyed on the engine for cooling. Sometimes one has to adapt. I would sure go with some additional fans to help before I would resort to a mister system spraying on the radiators.  I have a friend that owns a radiator shop and he would choke me if I did something like that. But with anything running up and down the road like we have you can control your temps with your right foot.
