Looking for a new shower stall.

Rounded shower stalls are a huge waste of space in a RV they look nice and all the glass is a night mare for the cleaner which wasn't me lol.
Custom build one for the bus I had one made they don't cost much more mine even was molded for the roof all in one piece,get away from the HD and Lowes stuff if you want and have to have a pre/fab job check with a plumbing supply like Ferguson cheaper and better quality to go with it.Check the back issues of the BCM in 1990 era there was a advertiser for shower stalls they built mine and the price was right even with the freight charges then who knows Mike may get back another advertiser

Some of the units that HD and Lowes carries are Lasco and Aquaglass which are the same units some plumbing show rooms carry amongst other brands. So HD and Lowes are not necessarily cheap. I did look into a Corian made solid unit, the shop quoted me $1800 plus, because they said it was a special build. It's all in how deep your pockets are and how much time you want to spend creating a unit. A one piece unit has a less likely chance of leaking compaired to the pieced units or even tile. And then again how much time do you really spend in the shower. Once or twice a day. I wanted to keep it simple and quick to install. Frame it in, do the drain and shower door and done. Everyone does it their way and this is my way. This is why we choose to do a bus, because we are all unique in our choices and ways.

Plumbing supply house carry all different brands and prices Lasco and Aquaglass are the lower end and both of those brands have higher end also which HD and Lowes don't carry I just bought a Lasco tub and had to go through Ferguson for the tub HD or Lowes had no listing for the tub.
