Book covering converting a bus

Any recomendations for a book covering a bus conversion. I have a 1965 MCI5 and have not started the conversion yet. But I would like a book that will cover raising the roof, plumbing, electrical, etc. Christmas is coming so I need to add the book to my wish list. HOHOHO

I was just going to post to check the books for sell on this site. I have several books and will be getting more including the book on hot water heating but if I had just one; I think I would have 'The Bus Converter's Bible'.
