just saw this bus on Food Network - absolutely amazing.  Top tier chef (Gordon Ramsey sous-chef on Hells Kitchen no less) with the entire bottom floor of a double decker bus converter to a fully professional kitchen, and the top floor al-fresco dining plus bus-side tables...  world cuisine cooked to an amazing level road-side - best food use of a converted bus ever!
