DFW mechanics?

Does anyone know of a trust worthy shop in the Dallas, Fort Worth or surrounding area to run the rack on my 84 Eagle ,6v92?Have new turbo, injectors,filters, just installed jake brake, straight pipe exhaust. Still blows smoke big time on start up and blows black on full throttle down the hwy! Thanks for leads suggestions! Love the new board!

Hi texasjack  how loud is that  strait  pipe exhaust i have thought about doing that  on my 83  eagle   6  v  92   but  others  said it would be to loud      Bill  C

In response to the straight pipe, hated the monster exhaust system that I had on the bus. Ran a 5 inch pipe off the trubo flange to exit the drivers side through the bumperett. That way I can see the exhaust amount,color and hear the jake! Its louder but not too bad.I mean you are 40 ft away from the motor.

Went to Darby Coach to get my jake put on,was not pleased with the service. The others on  the list I'll call,thanks

I also used Darby once and was not satisfied.  It is hard to find anyone in the DFW area.  I would also be interested in the guy from Tyler.
