Did walker to go jail?

Anyone know?  Last court date for him that I know about was oct 13th where he was supposed to go in front of a judge and prove he paid restitution.  No word since then.

He goes to sentencing November 16, 2006, but Walker went Chapter 7 last month. So they are no longer in business.
