Northbound & Down Adventure 11 begins

After a fun SE Cruiser's rally at Leonard & Pam Jelkrins, near Orlando last weekend we headed North with Paul & Claudienne Elbisser tagging along. We are now at Sam & Sandy Phillips' near Statesboro, GA. Spent Wednesday at Tybee Island and today in Savannah. We will head to John & Lois Vickery's, near Augusta for a small SE Cruisers rally before heading to Palmetto Cove for the SE Busnuts rally (and whitewater!!!). John & Lidia (Crown on this BB) will meet us at John & Lois'. Looks like we will have us a caravan to Palmetto Cove. Jack

The Vickrey's are at Paul B. Johnson State Park, Hattiesburg, MS. We are leaving 0600 in the morning. We may not beat you home. That's ok. you know when the 'lectricity and h2o is.

And when you get done in those southern places, ya'll can come up to our place. We close on our parking pad this friday (today). if everything goes ok, we should have electric and water and sewer ready, right next to the fishing creek (which at this time of year may work for kayak practice) before we leave at the end of the month. should be room for 3 buses at least.

0600??? Lois, tell john you want to sleep in til at least 0700. Give Paula time to get supper cooked before you get there.

Rampeyboy, you don't have to worry about Jack getting caught in traffic. He avoids roads with any more than 2 lanes if possible.

Glad all is going well. Keep driving safely and have fun. Enjoy the weather cause it sure ain't nice in Ohio. Cold and Wet.

Try doing your walk-around-the-bus at 0500 before it's good light and see this in your toad.

Do you know how hard it is to get to a clean pair of drawers when the bus is loaded down the aisle with the Granddaughters bed.
