Gentlemen
I am looking at having a "83" Eagle bus checked out. I am thinking of buying this bus but would like to have an expert look over the 6V92 T engine. Also the Allison Transmission. If there is someone that know Bus conversions in the area, that could give input that would be good as well.
I would like a recommendation.

Tom, Hillsboro Diesel in Hillsboro OR best in the west and works on buses, plenty of Eagle owners in the area that would help also 1 will weigh in soon and offer help and names,Bob Lewis is over the border in Sumner WA ( Infinity Coach) he probably converted that Eagle

good luck

Try Hillsboro first.  Or you could try Brian Reid at Trigg Bus Sales in Canby, OR, lots of experience there.  Infinity wouldn't know a 6V from a Cummins.

Thanks for the advice, I will contact Hillsboro Diesel. Do you think he will meet at the owner's? I do not think the owner will be into driving the bus to Hillsboro Diesel. The man that built the bus died of cancer, his son is selling the bus. The son's name is Phil. The bus is from Mc Minnville Or. It is a white bus with a mountain scene on the back and two eagles on the sides. Does anyone recognize the bus from that description? If so, do you have any input?
I need all the luck I can get!
Thanks.  Tom
