Anyone know where I can find a guage post for my 4106 like the one pictured....

That's a VIP wheel.  They make them in various sizes, from the one pictured (18") up to the same as OEM (22").  They also have the proper kits available for our beloved GMCs!  Here's a link to their website:

Oh, and if you call them, they might have a "blem" available at a reduced price.  Can't hurt to ask!

Looks like the stock offering on the older MCI D models?

It will have found its way into some trucks of the same vintage.

They put the manufacturer's badging in the centre of the horn button and away you go.
