Have seen some pictures from various members. So now it is time for me to build one. I have a dead space in corner of cabinet turn on counter that is 19 inches high by 19 inches deep by 20 inches wide:   Coffee maker? Toaster? anything else? Microwave?  ideas please! or bad experiences especially!  Bob and Judy

Bob, This is what we did! I can't take credit for an original idea, stole it from someone else, just modified it! If I would have had more room another appliance would have been nice. We like it!

I had a plumbing and electrical space that was crying to be used!

No latch. Used drawer slides that gravity close. It has worked so far and has not come open even when I've stopped pretty hard.

They show up fine for me.  What browser are you using, and do you have any kind of site blocker installed?

I agree with Sean, they have always came out OK. I use Photobucket and insert the IMG code and all is well.

Anybody else having a problem?

Paul

I've added these from my computer storage, hope this helps.

Paul's photos are hosted at Photobucket.  It's possible that your work network is blocking access to Photobucket.  If you work at a place that blocks certain web sites, there is a good chance that Photobucket and similar uncontrolled photo-hosting sites are on their blacklist.

had a brain spark. How about a piece of mirror in a slot mounted to  end of outside wall cabinet and have a weight like a casement window to hold up when access needed and pull down when it needs to be concealed (guillotine like) would have rounded edges. sort of like a garage door only straight up. Lead weight for counter weight .

I don't know what it is. I see everyones but Paul's here. I see the second set he posted. We can get on phobucket that's how I post mine here. Bob, what about a small flat panel TV for when she is cooking. have it hooked up to the DVR so she can follow along with Paula Dean. ;)

I have a slide-out tray in the same spot in my kitchen.  It is big enough for the toaster and coffee maker. I used a flip-over security latch (for a door) to keep it from opening when driving.  And it DOES slide open when stopping!

Eddie would enjoy that while I WAS cooking. oops hope she doesn't see that!  Have tv covered; have two in front living area (one slave). great idea though! Was thinking toaster oven or-coffee maker type appliance.
