Pat and others thanks for the positive opinions!

The wall paper we used is off the shelf stuff found at Lowes. It's paintable but he haven't painted it yet and reall don't want to but we might have to in the br since the wall directly in front of the roof ac got dirty from the ac blowing directly on it.

As for the application Pat, we installed a door skin/luan type material on the plywood prior to the wall paper but painted it first with sizing paint! We tried to have very few seams in the luan.
