Again I need engine advice - 8V71T industrial?

I took over a large storage unit this summer that I had been renting a spot for my bus and boat from the previous tenant. He no longer wanted it as the rental rate for the building more than doubled. He had been renting out spaces to several others that stored cars and such in it that I hadn't seen move for 5 years and others that were in and out all the time. I grew really tired of having locked cars blocking the way in and out over the years but had little say in the matter. After I took over I gave them all the boot and now have it filled over the winter with campers plus what I want to store in it. Inside storage out of the winter elements is hard to come by and I basically have a waiting list already wanting to rent a space. I turn down anyone wanting to park cars and such however.

Check your local laws, here in AZ nothing can be stored inside with fuel in the tanks for long periods and the landlord has to provide insurance to cover everything stored in the unit it is called a possession law here means the landlord is responsible for all damage while stored in his building sure stopped me from buying some storage units a few years back

I make all the campers shut off any propane and disconnect the batteries Cliff. I also got insurance added on it through my business as I run it through there.

What is considered to be a "long" period of time?  That is a new one for me, never heard of it before.....maybe just your area?

Ed, not just my area the whole state you can not even store a lawnmower in a unit (covered) with gas.
The units with power vents some will allow a week some may allow longer it but it is the law in AZ all fuel to be drained and no battery charging inside the units
