2001 MCI tire pressure?

Purchased 4 new Good Year's for 2001 MCI. Max pressure is 130 psi. New on Front and Rear steering axles. What pressure do you suggest?

Rear tires were worn on the outsides. The way I understand it, these MCI steering tag wheels lean a little when steering causing the outsides of the tires to wear. Could putting more pressure in those tires help slow the wear on the outside of those tires. Or, is this just something we must live with?

Getting alignment tomorrow afternoon. Does the alignment process keep the edges of the tire from wearing or does the right pressure keep that from happening? Just trying to prevent premature wear, so these ($785 each) Good Year Tires will last longer.

The tires have there own pressure rating according to weight.  There will be a chart available from Goodyear for that model tire.  If you have not already done so, get each axle of the bus weighed and figure out the tire pressure accordingly.
You don't have to believe everything you think.

what Lin said it depends on weight of axle and tire structure:for example on my prevost with 11,000 lb on front calls for 100psi but on rear with 24,000 lbs on tag and drivers or 4,000 lb per tire I run 90 psi..Weight is the factor..truck stops have scales or in my area any where they haul grain of scrap metal.Catch them at a slack time /charged me $15 to weight.
