oh it's alright I guess, I mean if you like nice stuff......I'm afraid my house full of kids would tear that thing apart in ten minutes! I'm building my interior with 4X4's!

2" angle iron  will keep the corners crisp.

I have been trying for years to market my family as volunteer "product testers" for companies that want to test the durability of their products, with little success.  They have been able to keep me busy repairing most anything we buy due to unintentional misuse leading to failure.

I would rate that interior a 3 on a scale of ten.  I'd give it three months before they destroyed it --by accident of course!

For a truly kid proof interior, diamondplate wainscoating 3 feet up the walls.   ;D

Even if I were wealthy enough to own something like that, Its way beyond my lifestyle. Looks like something Elvis would have bought if he were still around.

For the price of that bus, I could do 9 conversions of my truck.  Good Luck, TomC

If most people on this board are like me.we don't have the funds to purchase it.pretty to look at and take ideas from!!! the 2009 Vantare XLII double slide listed on prevost stuff listed for 1,585,000.00 I really like it.. 2yrs ago at factory it was offered to me at 900,000.(I don't have it $$$$)a week later they reduced to 820,000..I had told them up front I was just curious about price..I am a do it your self for dollar and pride reasons. There are people here that can own a fleet of them..I don't think they are in the Majority..I do like the pro done coaches they provide me with dreams and Ideas.     If I'm out there with this statement....I apologize..        Bob

Not out of line at all Bob.  I think a lot of us feel the same about looking at them.  It is a fun way to get ideas and I think of it as being the same as some of the car magazines I used to look at.  Years ago I loved to look at articles/photos on the Lamborghini Countach and dream of having one knowing it would never happen.  Then for a brief time in my life I was at a point I actually could have, but I still couldn't justify to myself the price vs. benefit for a car that I would never drive to its potential.  At least with a bus, if I had boat loads of money I might be able to talk myself into it.   :D

Very pretty but I've worked on many over the years that were the pro conversions and I can state from what little personal experience I have that laminate can cover a host of sins, quite possibly behind that laminate are cuts and fits that might be close or maybe only distantly related and have just never met in their brief life. lol

Ace

Cody that may hold true in the pro conversions but I can assure you that in my coach where there is about 75% laminate, there are no hidden sins!       ;)

That was the last coach Mark Fechner in Techachpi Ca did,the guy did do a flashy coach but were electrical nightmares most of his had over 200 switches another problem he tried to revamp the slides Prevost installed and Prevost was not happy with him about that
Now out of bussines he has people looking for him they have coaches he furnished a 5 year warranty and no place will honor his warranty fwiw I saw that coach for sale and the price was lower than posted.
Mark only built 10 coaches all were special order,he seemed like a nice guy but robbing Peter to pay Paul caught up with him and he just disappeared leaving people holding the bag

Ace, I've been in your coach and I've met you, I've had the impression from the beginning that you have more than enough of the needed skills to do a more than presentable job, you do good work and it's reflected in your bus.

luvrbus

Having owned a Vogue Prevost with the laminates and friends owning Marathons they can hid a bunch of the particle board
