Thanks folks, for the birthday wishes.  It was a special day with friends and family who, down to the youngest one, reminded me that I have been around for 71 annuals and, passed this one with flying colors.

Gloria appreciates your having asked about her, BK, and, she is doing quite well, thank you!  Also, since you inquired, I can tell you that the RTS conversion is progressing.  Currently, we are working on cabinetry and heating systems, HOWEVER

Don Fairchild just inspected a very attractive Eagle conversion for us and, gave it an excellent grade.  It is located in southern California and, the owner and I have made a deal.  Gloria and I will be flying to the Golden State next Saturday and, if everything is as advertised, we will begin a much anticipated odyssey across the 'hill' and on down into Tennessee.

Contractors begin work Monday on a three-bay building which will house the GMC motorhome, the RTS and, the Eagle.  Our plan is to spruce up the GMC and put it on the market in the spring.  We'll continue the RTS conversion and when finished, decide which of the two buses (RTS/Eagle) we'll keep.

This scheme gets us riding right away.  We're looking forward to Arcadia and meeting those of you whom we have only met in print.
