Ok, so maybe other people knew about this already and I have just been in the dark.  But here it is ...

I was using Google to look for something and one of the results "looked funny".  I studied the URL (page address) and discovered the forum has a couple of text only abbreviated formats available specifically for use with cell phone web browsers.

To see the most basic go to:

www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?;wap

or for a little more color and function:

www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?;wap2

The key is adding the ;wap or ;wap2 on the end of any forum link.  (it does require the ? after the index.php)

For example to go straight to the All Topics board it would be:

http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?board=1.0;wap

or

http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?board=1.0;wap2

Not much use for most users, but for those accessing using their cell phone, it is simple, easy to navigate and uses far less bandwidth.

Two or three times in the last few weeks that has shown up on our computer when i was getting on the board and i thought maybe we were having some sort of meltdown! :)  I went off and came back on and got the regular pages. Now I think that it might be because we have been in an area where our air card sometimes goes to national access instead of broadband access. Just moving it an inch or two will get it to go back to broadband.

You might mention these WAP versions of the busonversions.com website are specifically designed to work on tiny screens, such as PDA's, Blackberries or Iphones. However, I have yet to be able to see any of our posted photos on my Blackberry.
