I recently asked a question about IF I could swap my ddec 2 450 hp ecm on my 8v92 for an updated ddec 2 500 hp ecm and I'll be damn if I can find it or the information. I know there was some talk about changing the injectors etc. but have been told that isn't necessary. I would like to find that information again and study the circumstances.

Thanks...

Clifford thanks and I might have to do that afterall.

DS no that isn't the thread I was referring to. The thread I was looking for was pretty recent like in the last month or so where I have the possibility to acquire a DDEC 2 ECM from the same engine as I have now. The guy has upgraded to a 14 liter series 60 and no longer needs the ECM. It's been upgraded with THE chip I need to make my silverleaf work properly and it's been bumped to 500 HP. Mine is only 450 and not upgraded.

Someone had posted things to look for in MY engine such as injectors etc. I wanted to check to see what injectors I needed to use with this upgrade and IF I might have them already!

Ace, That is the only one I can find. Maybe it was on the BNO board.
