Anyone know what happended to Chris4905 listing for stainless hinges on the "Spare Tire " board.

It just seemed odd that they went so fast, as he had so many and with no price listed.

Cliff,

I'm sorry if I left you "hanging".  I answered all the email enquiries I got through "my messages" on this board.

I had a "purchaser" who wanted all of the hinges and offered what I though was a fair price.

I deleted the post as soon as we settled on the deal.

My apologies !!!!!

(Almost done stripping the bus)  (Now if I can just sell the Jake brake)

Paul,

It's off of the 8V71.  I replaced the  71 with a 6V892, and before getting rid of the 71 I removed all Jake pieces.

Bonney's Bison tuff hinges from Oregon is what i have.Don't know if they are still available. My bus mechanic friend says to use the rubber hinges from Eagles. He says they have a cord inside and will last much longer. Have not tried.
