I posted this already but I think I was supposed to as a new topic, sooo here goes (again)  :)
Hello All.
Names Elijah.
Not sure how to begin and never have really been all that good at talking about myself, I have over 20 yrs in the automotive service industries last managing 13 service bays at Pep Boys. A few years ago an old military service injury to the neck spinal area became an issue causing paralysis to my arms, and am currently fighting the VA for a proper rating after 2 years dealing with their "lost your file" routine. I am now living in my newly purchased (2yrs now) 4106 bus conversion and loving every minute of it. You guys are really unto something here, that's for sure.

Jerry32 Really deserves a round of applause for his offer to drive all the way from Pendleton OR to Spokane WA to help with the replacing of this drive line folks.
I have NEVER met such caliber of gracious people as represented here in this forum.
YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST, HANDS DOWN.
If anyone needs help with computers and software etc I am at your service if I know it or have it. I can tell you how to get free Internet to your buses with only a few hundred dollars to buy the equipment.
I will not forget your kindness.
ALL OF YOU.
GOD BLESS.

Eli

I agree with you. The people here are second to none. I've watched their knowledge and kindness over come seemingly impossible odds. All dealt with humor and a feeling of community...Cable

Welcome to the madness!

Check your private mailbox (My Messages, above) for a note from a fellow 4106 fanatic.

Oh, and don't listen to BK - too much.  Just because the guy operates a charter bus business, well, you know what they say about bus drivers. . .   ;D :D ;D

Again, welcome to the madness!

Welcome Eli!
You have hit the nail right on the head....there's some fantastic people on here and without them, there would be no way I could fullfill my dream of owning my bus. This board is tops, even tho there is a kink once in awhile. There just has to be! We're human!!!  ;D
Good luck with the VA and hang in there. For me, the VA has been a life saver. I am in awe of them.  But we all know how the government can work. Stay persistant.

Hey All:
Maybe I should compile a short paragraph with links etc to the main forum with a clean subject title for the whole mag community.
I will title it " Free Internet while you travel " for all. give a bit an hour or two to collect the info into the msg before you start looking for it.

cody

Busted Knuckle is mislead about cody being a troublemaker, he is one of the kindest, shyest and most innocent of the crew here, as a matter of fact, I have heard a rumor from one guy that he may even be heading for sainthood if only he would croak, not sure what that was meant to mean but being the shy and innocent type I often misunderstand things. But welcome to the board and you'll find many helpfull people here and a great pool of knowledge here in which to swim, float or sink depending on who may be dispensing the BS, oops I mean knowledge lol. As far as being MIA for a couple of days I most likely went to the mountain to pray or commune with nature, you know, something us innocent types do from time to time lol.

Busted Knuckle

OH Cody yer so full of it! Glad to see you were at the commune and not just MIA.
I just hadn't seen you putting your bits of wisdom in many places I thought you would have! ;)
