I made it to Willie's shop Friday with no problems except I lost my Jake's starting out which was no fun.Willie had my oil cooler out by that afternoon and found it had to be replaced.Luckily,he had a used one and had me up and running by Noon Sat. along with fixing my Jake's.

Now for the bad news.Willie is closing his shop and by the end of the year he will be out of business. Willis has a wealth of knowledge and will be missed. If anyone is looking for parts I would give him a call.If anyone is looking for a engine, tranny,Jake's etc.I would give him a call.s shop is in Nunn Co. and his phone #is970-897-2466.

Sad news about Willies.  Another good two stroke shop gone.

I only got to meet Willie once and it was fun.  He is quite a character.  I suspect the new town "fathers" of Nunn helped drive him out of business.  They were after him to clean up the area and mandated that he paint his shop.  He got a hold of a painting contractor and told him to bring all of his leftover paint cans and they painted the building with all different colors.  Looks "unique".

That is a shame he told me he was going to that but I never believed him as he been telling me the same for 5 years now.
The guy did a lot for the young people coming out of the Votech school teaching them to work on 2 strokes now I guess he can take longer naps lol
