Before I bought my bus someone had backed it in to something and damaged the back glass and sheet metal.  I have finally gotten around to addressing the damage.  I finished tearing and cutting out the damage this morning.  If things go right I should start putting it back together this week.  I am going to skin where the window was with aluminum.  I am also installing another mini split heat pump in the rear, the compressor is going to mount where the old coach ac components resided on the roof.  The old AC shroud should cover the outdoor unit with little modification.  I'll post some more pics as I progress this week.

I already have one mini split installed.  It is a 1 ton Sanyo with an inverter compressor, which is really nice (but was pricey).  It does a good job, is quiet and energy efficeint.  I am going to put another 1 ton mini split heat pump in the back.

Brandon,

Looks like a good spot for your mini split.

I've got to ask: what is holding up your engine, since it looks like the roof is no longer doing so?

The bus is still in the same original structural configuration.  I have removed the old air conditioner equipment, back glass and shrould that covered said a/c equipment.
