When I use the spell checker I sometimes go back and add text to a post.  I cannot get spell checker t take another whack at it.  No deal!

Now why would b an interesting post but I really want it to NOT work that way.  Any help to the computer challaenged?

John, I don't use the board spell checker, I have it on my Google task bar. Sorry can't help.

John, when it does that check the top on the tool bar it goes there mine works that way also click it and it will work again

First I must say, it was surprising to learn that you use a spell checker.  The spell checker is a floating window.  When you click back on your post without closing spell checker it moves out of your way behind your main browser window.  A number of programs act in the same manner, the calculator, time and date being the most common. 

Next time spell checker hides from you, minimize your browser and you should see it hanging out.

Now that's what I'm talk'n bout.  Thank Yeuuuu all.  Except the part about being surprised that I use one.  Well if the checker ever goes completely tits up prepare to be "shocked and awed".
