Looking for the owner of the Sliversides with a Series 50 & V730

Does anyone know the owner of the Silversides with the Series 50 and V730 that Bernhard Bus installed. I'm working on the same repower project and would like to talk the owner if possible. also, can a V730 handle a series 50 and an 8V92 and such?

I'm making pictures as I go and will start posting them or providing a link once I get the engine mounted. Some city buses come with Series 50 and VR731RH transmission. That's the setup I'm using.
