Folks this is real bus driver not a make believe want a be.
Fred Rayman who is a retired Jefferson Lines driver with 30 years before retiring.
And yes Fred drove the Scenicruisers when they were in Greyhound service.

Very cool! I noticed he double clutched going up, didn't see what happend going down. I like the visors! Where does one get something like that?

I also noticed a large steering wheel, does the Scenic not have power steering? I couldn't hear what he said about driving an Eagle with manual and arms hanging down to the ground after driving one. I can relate to that comment! ;D

The Scenicruisers and the PD4104's that Greyhound owned all had Vickers Power assist steering.
The Scenicruiser has the same steering wheel as the PD4104 and the 4106 coaches.

On this board 2nd page see Hounds of the Mother Road for info on the Scenicruiser. That is a restored PD4501 by Tom McNally in Peoria,IL.
For the question is it Larry Plachno sitting behind Tom yes it is Larry.
