I don't know about off-the-shelf systems - but given the immense work you've already done on your project, knocking-up your own motorized curtains (drapes) should be no problem at all. I have collected parts for my own motorized curtains as follows:

Side windows - standard roller blind modified to be driven by 12v motor / gearbox units (actually Lexus headlight adjustment motors)
Large front curtains (curve round whole front of bus to cover all front windows) - Rather neat 'twin groove' extruded aluminium curtain tracks from Ikea, with the curtain sliders in one groove and a polypropylene cord running in the other track, pulled backwards and forwards by other 12v motors taken from a car (I forget where these ones came from now)

Also - not really curtains, but I've also built some electric sunblinds for the windscreen (for use whilst driving) from two Range Rover electric window mechanisms.

Just my idiosyncratic way

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.

John, the ones I have are made by Hunter-Douglas so about any place that sells the brand can order them for you and they are 110 v.The day/nite are vertical and the windshield shades are horizontal if I decide not to use them I'll let you know
