Dina bus question

How long have these buses been around? I saw one today that was a 35 footer with Mexican tags. It looked great! It has had some serious elbow grease put into it. It shined like a mirror. I am guessing it is a 70s era.

Dina has been around since 1951 was owned by the Mexican government till 1989 they did have some nice looking bus at one time
